Scott Stahr co-founded Fulcrum after served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Automotive REIT, a publicly traded real estate investment trust. In that position, he was instrumental in completing the company’s IPO and in creating a portfolio of more than $1 billion of automotive retail dealerships across the United States.

Prior to this venture, Scott was employed at LaSalle Partners Limited (the predecessor to Jones Lang LaSalle), ultimately holding the title of Senior Vice President and Principal. During his tenure at LaSalle, he was personally responsible for the sourcing and closing of more than $325 million of real estate investments in multiple markets across the country.

After earning a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas, Scott was a practicing attorney in Los Angeles. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Virginia. A Chicago native and a long-time resident of the area, Scott also enjoys a game of golf…when he has time.
